In a story in today’s Saratogian, Saratoga County DA Jim “noballs” Murphy says despite that the fact that serial convicted horse-abuser Ann Arnold has an order
not to keep horses and has been re-arrested for keeping horses she still, get this ”gets
to keep horses” HERE
Back in November, the
Greenfield judge who sentenced her to not own horses, called the police to
report she had 17 horses on her farm. Now any reasonable person would see this
as a violation of probation and contempt of court. She was re-arrested but
released where she went back home to continue to flaunt the judge’s order and
abuse horses.
Murphy said Wednesday to the Saratogian that despite the pending
charge and the alleged violation of probation, his office has no jurisdiction
over the horses.
“There is no allegation these horses are being mistreated,”
Murphy said,
To his credit Greenfield Town Supervisor Richard Rowland
spoke up and said
“It’s something that has gone horribly, horribly wrong and
the town wants to do something to fix it,”
Though the horses are being given hay, he said they still
have no shelter and are still in conditions that are “unsustainable.”
“The property is not proper for horses. It is not like it’s
eight acres of rolling pasture, it’s eight acres of rock and muck,”
Rowland said Arnold is also in violation of several town
codes relating to the property and town officials are “seeing where we can go.”
I give Rowland credit for that. So while Saratoga County DA Jim “noballs” Murphy sits back and
waits horses are left freezing in a rocky, muddy field that will soon turn to
ice. No shelter,no where to get out of the wind. No confront and no kindness. I
wonder if our society is so wrapped up in its own self-interest that we forget
about kindness and decency.
So for now the horses suffer. The halfwit Arnold can
continue to watch with sadistic pleasure the suffering. A Greenfield Judge who
did the right thing is rendered impotent by a “noballs” DA.
The cruel and
sadistic Arnold is due back in Moreau Town Court Feb. 25. Her case was
transferred there because the Greenfield Town Justice recused himself, since he
was the person to call in Arnold’s alleged violation of probation.

I have owned animals my entire life.All of had full and long lives.I grieved when they died because a member of my family died.
I'VE owned guns since I was a child.I take care of them and am mindful of the great responsibility of gun ownership.

Anonymous 5:07 John did not demand that the government ignore Adam Lanza's crime. Adam Lanza killed himself and therefore prosecuting him would be rather pointless, wouldn't it?
